Description
ITINERARY
Day 1 (Tuesday): London Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. At 7:00 PM, there will be a meeting with our assistance at the hotel reception where we will meet the rest of the participants. Accommodation.
Day 2 (Wednesday): London Breakfast and panoramic tour including the Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Regent Street, etc., witnessing the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Free afternoon with numerous options, from shopping on Oxford Street to cultural visits like the British Museum, Madame Tussauds, etc. Accommodation.
Day 3 (Thursday): London – English Channel – Paris Breakfast. Departure to Dover to board the ferry to Calais, crossing the English Channel and continuing by road to Paris. In the evening, there is an optional tour: Paris Illuminations. Accommodation. Note: For operational reasons and depending on the number of passengers, the London-Paris route may be done by train.
Day 4 (Friday): Paris Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, Opera, Latin Quarter, Sorbonne, Pantheon, Invalides, Military School, Champ de Mars, etc. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 5 (Saturday): Paris Breakfast. Optional tour of the Palace and Gardens of Versailles. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 6 (Sunday): Paris – Boppard – Rhine Cruise – St. Goar – Frankfurt Breakfast. Departure to Boppard. We will embark on a cruise to see the Lorelei Rock and numerous castles and vineyards along the Rhine. Disembark in St. Goar and continue to Romer Square in Frankfurt for a visit. Accommodation.
Day 7 (Monday): Frankfurt – Rothenburg – Füssen – Innsbruck Breakfast and departure to Rothenburg for an orientation tour of the jewel of the German Romantic Road. Continue to Füssen with a brief stop to view Neuschwanstein Castle. Continue to Innsbruck. Accommodation.
Day 8 (Tuesday): Innsbruck – Padua – Venice Breakfast. Morning panoramic visit of the historic center, including its Golden Roof. Continue to Padua, where we will visit the Basilica of Saint Anthony, and then depart for Venice. Evening free. Accommodation.
Day 9 (Wednesday): Venice – Pisa – Florence Breakfast. We will take a boat to St. Mark’s Square for an orientation tour highlighting the Basilica, Campanile, Doge’s Palace, etc., with the possibility of visiting a glass workshop for a demonstration of Murano glassmaking. Optional tour: Gondola ride. Then depart for Pisa to see the famous Leaning Tower. Continue to Florence. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 10 (Thursday): Florence – Rome Breakfast and walking panoramic tour with Signoria Square, the Duomo, the impressive Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, etc. Free time and then continue to Rome. Arrival and accommodation.
Day 11 (Friday): Rome Breakfast. Early optional tour: Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Then, panoramic tour where we will visit St. Peter’s Square, Via della Conciliazione and continue through the Trastevere neighborhood. From our coach, we will see Tiber Island, the temples of Hercules and Portunus, the Mouth of Truth, etc. We will tour some of the seven historical hills on which Rome was founded: Aventine, Palatine, Caelian, reaching the Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla, the most beautiful in Rome. We will see some important churches, such as St. John Lateran, and end with the symbol of Ancient Rome: the Colosseum. Free afternoon. Optional tour: Colosseum and Roman Forum. Accommodation.
Day 12 (Saturday): Rome (Naples – Capri) Breakfast. Free day in the city. Optional tour: Naples and Capri. Accommodation.
Day 13 (Sunday): Rome – City of Origin Breakfast and free time until the transfer to the airport. End of our services.
